The Cure is one of many acts who'll be in Chicago for this weekend's Lollapalooza festival. The veteran British group on board as one of the event's closers. The band will be the final act to take the Red Bull Sound Select stage Sunday night. Other headliners for the final night include Phoenix, Cat Power, and Knife Party.
Nine Inch Nails and The Killers are the opening day headliners for the event, which begins today in Chicago's Grant Park. New Order, Queens of the Stone Age, and more will also hit the stage Friday. Day Two's lineup includes Mumford and Sons, the Postal Service, the National, and the Lumineers, while the Cure, Phoenix, and Vampire Weekend will take the stage to help close things out on Sunday.
